Maddison was born and raised in Tampa, Florida. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Health Sciences from the University of South Florida in 2016. She continued her academic endeavors at Nova Southeastern University – Orlando, where she graduated with high honors earning her Master of Medical Sciences degree in Physician Assistant Studies in 2020.

Maddison is board certified by the National Commission of Certified Physician Assistants, licensed through the State of Florida Board of Medicine. She works collaboratively with Dr. Henry Ruiz, Neurosurgeon, to provide excellent patient care through comprehensive evaluation of the cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine.
